The Philippines is an archipelago of 7,101 islands, much of which are inhabited. Sipaway Island is located between the island of Cebu and Negros in Visayas. West of the island is Refugio Pass and the Tanon Strait is on the east.
Sipaway is 7 kilometers long and 700 meters wide. In Maps this is known as Refugio Island. I visited this island first time.

From Toledo City, Cebu to San Carlos City Negros Occ. we took ship ride for 2hrs. San Carlos is the second biggest city in Negros Occidental.
Boats to Sipaway are docked at the San Carlos City port. They charge Php 10.00 per person for less than 15 minutes boat ride. Sipaway is only 3.5 kilometers away from San Carlos City.
Sipaway Island has a wide white sand beach.
