Pagudpud Island
Pagudpud (PAH GOOD POOD) is an enormous place to visit if you're looking for the comparatively perfect charms of the Philippines. Pagudpud is a wide and beautiful town on the northwest tip of Ilocos Norte, Luzon, bounded to the south by the town of Bangui and to the east by the Cordillera Mountain Range, the town of Adams and the province of Cagayan. The South China Sea lies to the west and north.

It is considered the largest island in the Philippines. The hills and mountains are luxuriant, the valleys productive. It lies 45 miles north of Laoag City, the provincial capital, and about 350 miles north of Manila -- about the equal distance between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Creeks, streams and waterfalls splash the landscape and spill into the South China Sea. All around, the ocean and sky are awash in varying shades of blue.

The City of Cebu (Cebuano: Dakbayan sa Sugbo, Tagalog: Lungsod ng Cebu, Spanish: Ciudad de Cebú) is the capital city of the province of Cebu and is the "second city" of the Philippines. With a population of 866,171 as per the 2010 census, it is the fifth most populated city in the country. Cebu is significant center of commerce, trade and education in the Visayas region.

The city is located on the eastern shore of Cebu island. It is the first Spanish settlement and the oldest city in the Philippines. Cebu is the Philippines' main domestic shipping port and is home to about 80% of the country's domestic shipping companies.

It is the center of a metropolitan area called Metro Cebu, which includes the cities of Carcar, Danao, Lapu-lapu, Mandaue, Naga, Talisay. Metro Cebu has a total population of about 2 million people. To the northeast of the city are Mandaue and the town of Consolacion, to the west are Toledo City, the towns of Balamban and Asturias, to the south are Talisay City and the town of Minglanilla. South Road Properties (SRP) Cebu, Cebu City

A New City Rises in Cebu!

A new city rises at the newly developed South Road Properties (SRP) in Cebu City, Philippines with Citta di Mare — a landmark development of Filinvest Land Incorporated. Literally meaning “City by the Sea,” Citta di Mare spans 50.6 hectares at the heart of the SRP. It features a waterfront lifestyle strip and a residential resort town bounded by majestic views of Mactan’s coast and Cebu’s mountainous...

  • Construction Updates

Right across the residential enclaves, the 10.6-hectare Il Corso takes full advantage of the coastal ambience, offering a watering hole, leisure central and cultural hotspot right by the water’s edge. The Il Corso will feature a boardwalk, terraced beach, marina, cafés, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, home depot/retail outlets, exhibit tent, and an ampitheater.

  • SRP Boulevard

With the development of the South Road Properties – Cebu’s future ‘it’ address – in full swing, there is no doubt that Cebu is also changing at a very rapid rate. All over the metro, high-rises are being erected, old buildings are being demolished to make way for new ones, and roads are being widened to accommodate more traffic.

Pretty soon, we’ll be seeing Cebu’s tallest building (Horizons 101) add beauty to the ever-changing skyline of the metropolis. The Cebuanos will also soon see the opening of Ayala’s second phase, the opening of SM Seaside City (dubbed the 4th biggest mall in the world,) the construction of a third bridge, and the completion of the revitalization of the whole downtown Cebu. With the BRT project hopefully being put in place in two years, Cebu will have its own mass transport not seen elsewhere in the country. And with the completion of the second phase of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu will soon accommodate more visitors, investors, and other curious onlookers that we could all ever hope for.
